Refund Policy

We support a sixty-day free return service rule. Customers can apply for return and refund application within sixty days after successfully receiving the ordered goods if they have reasonable demands.

All returned goods must keep intact original appearance, complete original packaging, unused and undamaged state, without man-made damage, washing marks and obvious wearing traces, so as to pass our goods re-inspection smoothly.

We provide full free return service for eligible returned items. Customers do not need to bear any return related expenses during the return process, enjoying zero-cost return shopping experience.

After we receive and complete the inspection of returned goods that meet the return standards, we will initiate the formal refund procedure. The whole refund process will be completed within 5 to 10 working days, and the fund will be returned to the original customer payment account in sequence.

Goods that exceed the valid return period, have been worn and used, have damaged appearance or lost original accessories and packaging are not within the scope of free return and refund, and we have the right to reject such return applications.
